Director
Phil Crotty SJ
Fr Phil joined the Jesuits as an 18 year old and sailed to India two-and-
a-half years later as part of the third group of Australian and New Zealand Jesuits to go on mission to the subcontinent. He worked there for the next 50 years, teaching in village schools, running university hostels, working as a parish priest and superior of the mission, before returning to Australia to work at the Jesuit Mission office in Melbourne. After another short stint back in India's Jesuit province of Hazaribag, Fr Phil was appointed as the Director of Jesuit Mission in Sydney, a position he currently holds. The Hazaribag projects remain close to his heart. 'India is where our roots are, our emotional contact.'

Edwina MacArthur
Edwina is a chartered accountant and certified financial planner with
over 25 years' experience in professional accountancy practices. Edwina was a partner in a firm for 14 years before taking on consultancy tax and financial planning work and looking after her young family. She returned to full time work when she joined Jesuit Mission in November 2002. Edwina is a former board member of Mercy Family Centre, Waitara and the board and finance committees of Mercy Works Inc., and is currently on the board and finance committees of Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College, North Sydney. Edwina is married with two sons.

Tasneem Rafeeq
Tas was born in Fiji but completed her high school and tertiary
education in Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education and taught in NSW public schools for 12 years. A career change to banking led to further studies in Frontline Management and Financial Markets. During 2007 she completed an Enrolled Nurse program at St George Hospital. However, when an opportunity became available to join Jesuit Mission at the end of that year Tas decided she would prefer to utilise her business and management skills. Since November 2007 she has managed the Jesuit Mission data base and is the first point of contact for our donors.
Accountant
Pauline Williams
Pauline is a CPA whose work experience spans both the private and public
sectors, in Sydney, the UK and USA. While Pauline and her family were temporarily relocated to Denver, Colorado her daughters attended Regis Jesuit High School. It was there that the work and spirituality of the Society of Jesus made an impression in her life. Pauline moved back to Sydney in 2009 where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She resumes full time employment with Jesuit Mission.
Community Liaison - Melbourne
Stephie Dunstan
Stephie was raised in Adelaide and lived in London for a
number!of years where she worked in private banking. Since returning to Australia, Stephie has tutored in financial planning at the University of South Australia and taught business administration and management at Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne. In 2002 she lectured in economics and accounting during a short-term posting to a college near Hanoi, Vietnam. Stephie then travelled to Jesuit Mission in Cambodia, and was deeply moved by their work. She started working at Jesuit Mission in 2005. Stephie lives in Melbourne with her husband and daughter.
