Friends of Jesuit Mission

In some places there are committees that support the friends of Jesuit Mission in that region. The committees seek to develop communities of faith who want to offer practical support to friends in developing countries. In many ways the Friends of Jesuit Mission in Australia & New Zealand are "co-missionaries" with those who are sent out on mission.  They donate hours of their time, and countless resources to the support of Jesuit Mission in so many different ways.  Some we see in the office every week, and others we see a couple of times a year in their contributions to the major events.  Some we only know by correspondence and through the wide community of faith.  All bring an enormously valuable contribution to Jesuit Mission, and the people in the developing world that we serve.

Read the story of Claire Givney's involvement as a "co-missionary."
